Patient Frequently Asked Questions
New patients are welcome to the practice. We offer comprehensive medical service with patient centered care. Once you are booked please make sure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Please bring your medicare, concession, private insurance cards you might have.
In order to make sure we are offering the best possible service, you will require an appointment with your usual GP for renewal of scripts. This can be done as face to face appointment or as Telehealth provided you have been seen in the practice in the last 12 months.
You can call us for test results between 11 am and 3 pm. If these results need to be discussed further with your GP, an appointment can be made.
Referrals to specialists and allied health will require an appointment. These can be done as face to face appointments or telehealth appointments. We cannot backdate any referrals and we recommend you book appointments in advance.
We provide after hours service on Thursdays from 5 to 7 pm and on Saturdays from 8 to 12 noon. If you require assistance outside of centre open time please call 13 Sick National Home Doctor.
