Michelle Lotz
Practice Manager
I have been in the medical industry for 7 ½ years as a receptionist and as a practice manager. I love how everyday has a different challenge and is always extremely busy but always rewarding knowing that the people I work with are doing all they can for everyone that walks through our doors.
The best thing about working in a small practice is that everyone works together and you end up having very good friendships.
When I am not at work I am usually with family as me and my husband come from big families. I also love spending time doing my crafts which are cross stitching and scrapbooking.
Rachel Menkins
Administration
I have been in a medical reception role for 4 ½ years and absolutely love it. I love forming relationships with patients and seeing them on a regular basis to hear all about their families, weekend adventures and everything in between. When I’m not working here you can find me busy with another passion, working at markets with my small business or performing on stage.
Shivaun Perina

I have been a receptionist for 7 years. I enjoy the interaction with patients greeting everyone with a happy and welcoming smile . Love helping people as much as I can to make their visit as enjoyable and a relaxed experience.
When I’m not working I enjoy gardening reading and spending time with my family.
Courtney Gollan

I’ve been a medical receptionist for 3 years and there has never been a dull moment. I love getting to know each patient and being able to be a bit more personable and engage in conversation with each visit.
When I’m not working, you can find me either in the garden, working with my Aunty at her market stall or spending time obsessing about all things Disney.

Clarissa Laws
Registered Nurse
I’ve been a dedicated Primary Health Registered Nurse for the last 17years (and counting), with an absolute passion for advocating and supporting my patients. I love to build a strong rapport and being able to make a difference to people’s lives for the better.
I’m a firm believer that laughter is always some of the best medicine so you’ll always catch me having a cheeky giggle to connect.
I’m a knowledgeable DVA nurse with close personal experience and feel drawn to strongly advocate for services and interventions that make a massive difference to our service heroes.
Professional special interests also including travel medicine and advice, child health and neurodevelopment/neurodiversity, chronic disease management and wound care.
Outside of work you’ll find me enjoying time with family and friends, tackling anything artistically creative, streaming the next binge-watched series or thinking up a new home renovation/redesign project. I’ve also been known to perhaps add far too many items to my online cart!
Belinda Rowney
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
I am an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and I love General Practice hence being in the field for 10+ years and one of the great things is the continuity of patient care. Forging inter personal long term relationships. Watching babies grow and families grow. Helping patients improve and reach their health goals and being part of a team environment.
Out of work, I am a very big animal lover and I live on acreage so dogs, cats, chooks and horses always keep me company. I should include my husband and 2 fantastic children in that. Family time is definitely my priority.
Rebecca Mullins
Registered Nurse
I have been a Practice Nurse for 8 years after spending some time in Dementia Care.
I really enjoy getting to know people and seeing the changes and improvements in each person’s overall health and well-being.
I have a special interest in closing the gap for our First Nations Community and improving their health outcomes as well as vaccinations and chronic disease management.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family, gardening, parenting and watching the footy.
